Activities

Bring a bathing suit! South Haven, MI is a wonderful little town on the shores of Lake Michigan.

The Black River divides the North and South Beaches, so while we recommend heading to the beach, if you’re planning on meeting up with others, make sure to specify which beach you are heading to, as the two do not easily connect.  We recommend heading to the South Beach, as it connects to the downtown district.

The quaint downtown district houses plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars along the Black River. Most of which are walkable from the beach.  Enjoy the fifth largest lake in the world, which covers 22,410 sq miles (58,030 km²).

Travel

If you are flying in, the closest airport is in our lovely Grand Rapids, MI (GRR).  Chicago, IL (ORD) and Detroit, MI (DTW) are also a few hours away.

Hotels

While we do not have a block of hotel rooms reserved for the group, there are 5 hotels within 1-2 miles of the venue. Transportation shuttles from the venue will be available to take you safety back to your hotels towards the end of the evening.

We can also strongly recommend checking AIRBNB or VRBO for vacation rentals in the area as well.

Some of the hotels may require 2 day minimum stay, so please inquire before booking.
